How to make your diet high vibrational

So there’s no secret behind the alignment that comes from sage smudging, crystal cleansing, manifesting, and full moon bathing in Chasin’ Unicorns bath bombs. I’ve been a lover of these practices since the beginning of time. They are a vital component of my overall health and wellbeing - but it isn’t everything. You can do all of this, all you want, but at the end of the day if you are not nourishing your body with highly vibrational foods + water - you're going to feel out of alignment. 

Okay Okay, let's back up a sec…

What tf are high vibrational foods anyways? You’re probably thinking we started sprinkling our pizza with unicorn dust - and while that is dank, it's not what we're talking about today.

Foods + water, like crystals, carry a vibration.

High vibrational foods in their original, uncooked state and are considered raw and alive. Living foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, grains and legumes in sprouted form, seaweed, microalgae (such as spirulina and chlorella, etc.), fresh juices, and ionized water. These living foods contain a range ofvital life force nutrients(ie. vitamins, minerals, amino acids, oxygen) and live enzymes. Their nutritional properties are essential to the proper maintenance of human bodily functions. Basically, it is food in its natural form, unprocessed in any way.

Why are living foods so healthy? Well, its food as nature intended and all have one thing in common:they’re highly alkaline.

Fun fact... diseases and cancer cannot exist in an alkaline state. 

Now, don’t worry… we are not suggesting you all become the next raw food vegans because come on, we know that is not very practical in the highly processed world we live in. Plus, you know I love to live on the wild side of things and enjoy a pizza + margarita every once in a while, it's good for the soul. Just balance yourself out again.



Here are some tips on how you can alkalize your life on a daily basis:

  1. Eat ONE raw + living foods meal a day.
