We currently do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your item is damaged upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 7 days from the date your order is received. With pictures of proof.REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR DAMAGED GOODS
For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
Once your return/exchange has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at the nominated shipping location.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We currently offer shipping through the USPS. Larger quantity orders will provide the best value for shipping as we are able to ship by size rather than weight.
The processing times for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Once shipping delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days and 10-12 days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Some items are only available for pre-order and will not be shipped out until they are available.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may result from natural occurrences or others.
You will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your package and the date of arrival. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be activated.
