Chasin’ Unicorns, LLC has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how Chasin’ Unicorns collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Chasin’ Unicorns Vibes iOS iMessage Sticker Apps.  Chasin’ Unicorns respects the privacy of the users of their Sticker Apps (“User” or “you”) and is committed to protecting the User’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our sticker apps.

Chasin’ Unicorns, LLC operates certain mobile applications (sticker apps) which may be viewed as being directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) which are distributed in Apple’s iMessage Store under the “Kids & Family” category.

1. Personal Information

While the sticker apps are being used by our Users we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Kids and hereby specifically prohibit any User under the age of 13 from providing Chasin’ Unicorns with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 13 and you believe that your child has provided Chasin’ Unicorns Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete such information from our servers.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” includes without limitation the following:

  • First and last name;
  • A home or other physical address including street name and name of a city or town;
  • Online contact information;
  • A screen or user name that functions as online contact information;
  • A telephone number;
  • A persistent identifier that can be used to recognize a User over time and across different websites or online services, including a cookie number, an IP address, a processor or device serial number, or a unique device identifier;
  • A photograph, video, or audio file, where such file contains a Kid’s image or voice;
  • Geolocation information sufficient to identify a User’s street name and name of a city or town; or
  • Any information collected online from a Kid (and/or the Kid’s legal guardian) and combined with any item of information listed above.

Chasin’ Unicorns does not directly collect and store on its servers any Personal Information from Users of the sticker apps.

 

2. Non-personal Data

Chasin’ Unicorns collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). Chasin’ Unicorns only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such sticker apps Non-personal Data, Kitefaster has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker apps Non-personal Data. Sticker apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

 

3  How User Information is Collected

The above-mentioned Non-personal Data are collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers.  Kitefaster accesses the data via a iTunes Connect, App Analytics.  For more information on Apple’s User Information collection please refer to their privacy policy at http://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Advertising

Chasin’ Unicorns does not display advertising in its Sticker Apps.

We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE PROGRAM TO ANY THIRD PARTY. Nonetheless, We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect Our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide Us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Text Marketing and notifications (if applicable): By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe from further text messages by replying STOP.   Message and data rates may apply. In addition, the Website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put in your shopping cart and to tell us if you have visited the Website in the past.
