      I paid for a subscription box in April and still haven’t received it yet and so I don’t know why I am getting review email in October because I haven’t gotten a box since April and I haven’t gotten a box in October Review either. This isn’t not something that usually happens. I want to make that very clear and I’m not upset. I just want to have a little communication about it but other than this I’ve loved all of my boxes over the years so thank you.

      Delivered to wrong address

      Changed mailing address and it was still delivered to old address in another state. Emailed asking it to be resent to new address and never got a response.
